Technology at Strothoff International School

Teachers and students at Strothoff International School are working with a variety of desktops, laptops as well as interactive whiteboards.
Teachers make use of ICT (Information Communication Technology) to deliver learning activities for students in many ways, which has invigorated the learning environment tremendously.

Learning activities are enriched and more interactive than with paper resources. In the midst of a lesson, students are able to conduct thorough research, create digital products and publish their work online without ever leaving their desks.

Outside the classroom, conversations started during the lesson can continue via many different social media.

Strothoff International School is in the process of choosing a Learning Platform to integrate the multiple ways in which teachers are already implementing e-learning concepts.

The school incorporates state-of-the-art technology to teaching and offers laptop programmes starting from pre-primary.
MYP students get to use Class Mate PCs, which they are allowed to take home.
From grade 10 onwards students can bring their personal laptops to lessons as long as they meet certain requirements and follow the ICT policy, which can be obtained at the administration office.
