We are delighted to share the second edition of our UNSDG Newsletter with our school community! This edition, themed "Secrets of the Ocean," celebrates the wonders of our oceans while highlighting the importance of protecting marine life and supporting UN Sustainable Development Goal 14: Life Below Water.
Inside the newsletter, you'll find a fantastic collection of student-created articles exploring fascinating sea creatures such as dolphins, whales, sharks, jellyfish, sea stars, narwhals, and even capybaras! There are also engaging interviews with members of our school community, including Mr. B, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. N, who share their knowledge and passion for marine conservation, sustainability, and reading.
The newsletter also showcases some wonderful artwork from our Kindergarten students, investigates the impact of pollution on underwater ecosystems, and includes book recommendations for anyone interested in learning more about our oceans and the incredible life they support.
We are incredibly proud of the creativity, curiosity, and teamwork shown by everyone who contributed to this edition. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as our students enjoyed creating it. Click the PDF link to explore the full newsletter and discover the amazing "Secrets of the Ocean!"
