On Friday, March 6th, our students presented their Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Exhibition, an important internal assessment in the IB Diploma Programme that constitutes one third of the final TOK grade. The exhibition gives students the opportunity to demonstrate how TOK ideas appear in the real world.
For the task, students selected one IA prompt from a list of 35 knowledge questions, chose three real-world objects, and explained how each object connects to their chosen prompt. Through these objects, students explored how knowledge is produced, interpreted, and understood in everyday contexts.
The exhibition created an engaging space for discussion and reflection. Students, teachers, and parents attended and supported the presenters with thoughtful and insightful questions about the justification of prompt selection, the description and significance of the chosen objects, and the strength of the links between the objects and the prompt.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the event. Your curiosity and encouragement helped make the exhibition a meaningful celebration of students’ critical thinking and inquiry.
